First, Lead or Tenor Pan

The Lead or Tenor Pan beginning on D and built in 4ths and 5ths (introduced by Tony Williams as the "Spiderweb" Pan) is the melody instrument of the Steel Pan Ensemble. It is the most standardized and used pan in the world and is an excellent choice for educators. (Three chromed Lead Pans are included in the starter set!)
